Description

This 3 ingredient frozen Oreo mud pies recipe is an easy, no-bake dessert made with layers of fudge, coffee ice cream, and Oreo cookies. Perfect for parties, hot days, or a quick treat.

24 Oreos, divided

1 (11.5 oz) jar chocolate fudge sauce

4 cups coffee ice cream, softened


Instructions

1. Place silicone baking cups or paper baking cups into a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. Place an Oreo into each muffin cup.

3. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 2 tablespoons of ice cream into each cup.

4. Spread flat with an offset spatula or spoon.

5. Freeze for 1 hour.

6. Chop the remaining 12 Oreos into pieces.

7. Warm chocolate sauce if not drizzle-ready.

8. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sauce over each cup.

9. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped Oreos into each.

10. Scoop another 2 tablespoons of ice cream on top.

11. Spread flat again.

12. Top with remaining Oreo pieces.

13. Freeze for another hour.

14. Remove wrappers, plate, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

15. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use silicone liners for easy removal.

Try vanilla or mint chip ice cream for a twist.
