Description
Soft, keto-friendly strawberry donuts made with just 4 ingredients: cottage cheese, almond flour, monkfruit sweetener, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
1/2 cup high protein 4% cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups superfine almond flour
2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Mix almond flour and sweetener in a bowl.
4. Add blended cheese and mix until dough forms.
5. Fold in strawberries.
6. Scoop and roll dough into balls.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake 20–22 minutes.
8. Cool before glazing or serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries, not frozen.
Avoid allulose for best texture.
Store in fridge or freeze up to 3 months.
