Description
Awesome and easy creamy corn casserole that bakes into a tender, custardy side dish.
Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 package dry cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
1 half cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
2. Stir together all ingredients until fully combined.
3. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4. Bake 45 minutes until golden and set.
5. Let rest slightly before serving.
Notes
To double the recipe, bake in a 9×13 dish.
Add jalapenos or cheese for variation.
