Description
A gentle morning drink made with baking soda and natural salt, designed to support hydration, aid digestion, and promote overall balance. Try it with pink, blue, or ‘horse’ salt variations to suit your needs.
Ingredients
¼ tsp baking soda (aluminum-free recommended)
¼ tsp natural salt (pink, blue, or horse salt blend)
1 cup lukewarm filtered water (8–12 oz)
Optional:
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp raw honey
Pinch of ginger or cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Pour lukewarm water into a glass or mason jar.
2. Add the salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Add baking soda and stir again until fully dissolved.
4. Mix in any optional ingredients if using.
5. Sip slowly, ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use warm—not hot—water to preserve optional nutrients like vitamin C. Start with this once or twice per week to see how your body responds. Consult with your doctor if you have blood pressure or kidney issues.
