Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
8–10 oz filtered water
(Optional) Juice of 1/2 lemon
(Optional) 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
(Optional) Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
(Optional) 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
1. Measure out ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
2. Add it to 8–10 oz of filtered water in a glass.
3. Stir well until the baking soda fully dissolves.
4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
5. (Optional) Add lemon juice or ACV, introduce slowly.
6. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating food.
7. Topical: Mix with water to form a paste for underarms.
8. Use paste 1–2 times weekly only.
9. Exfoliation: Mix baking soda with water or honey for face scrub.
10. Avoid overuse to prevent irritation.
