Description

Ingredients
1 tbsp raw honey
Juice of 1/2 lime (or lemon)
1/2 cup warm water (not hot)
1/4 tsp fennel seeds (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water to about 100°F, not boiling.
2. Combine honey and lime juice in a mug.
3. Add warm water and stir until honey dissolves.
4. Add fennel seeds if desired and steep for 3–5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use raw honey for best results. Avoid boiling water to preserve natural enzymes. Drink daily for 5–7 days to observe benefits.
