Ingredients

½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon or turmeric (optional)

Instructions

1. Warm your water until it’s pleasantly hot but not boiling (about 120°F).

2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of raw Canaan honey until fully dissolved.

3. Add optional lemon, cinnamon, turmeric, or ginger and stir well.

4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed.

Notes
