Description
A soothing, antioxidant-packed drink crafted from raw Canaan honey and gently warmed water, traditionally enjoyed to ease eye strain and fatigue. Pure, uncomplicated, and ideal on an empty stomach.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Canaan honey (raw, unfiltered)
1/2 cup lukewarm filtered water
Optional:
1 slice of fresh lemon (for vitamin C)
1 pinch of turmeric (for anti-inflammatory benefits)
Instructions
1. Slightly warm the water until it’s just above room temperature – not hot.
2. Stir in the tablespoon of Canaan honey until completely dissolved.
3. Add lemon or turmeric if desired.
4. Drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
5. Repeat 3–5 times a week for best results.
Notes
Never use boiling water — high heat destroys honey’s beneficial enzymes.
