Description
A traditional wellness drink made with raw Canaan honey, pink Himalayan salt, and warm water—known for gentle hydration and natural energy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw Canaan honey
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup warm filtered water
(Optional) 1 tsp lemon juice or a few slices of ginger
(Optional) 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
(Optional) pinch of baking soda
Instructions
1. Warm the water to a comfortable temperature.
2. Dissolve the salt completely.
3. Add Canaan honey and any optional ingredients.
4. Stir gently until blended.
5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Do not use boiling water. Store leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 3 days. Not suitable for infants under 1 year old.
