A simple natural drink using raw honey, turmeric, and cinnamon for brain, eye, and metabolism support.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch black pepper
½ cup warm water or herbal tea
Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, ⅛ tsp grated ginger
Instructions
1. Mix honey, cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper in a small bowl.
2. Stir into warm (not boiling) water or tea.
3. Sip slowly, morning or night, for energy and calm.
Notes
