Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet caramel-drizzled apples, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, followed by eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until creamy.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.
  6. In a bowl, toss diced apples with brown sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Spread over the cheesecake filling.
  7. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the filling is set and edges are golden.
  8. Cool completely, drizzle caramel sauce on top, then slice into bars.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can use different types of apples for a varied taste.
