Chewy, chocolatey, and filled with marshmallow goodness, these are the Christmas bars best made for cozy gatherings and festive fun.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
3. Stir in melted butter and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
4. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts (if using).
5. Spread evenly into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set.
7. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
Freeze for up to 3 months in parchment-lined layers.
Try peppermint extract or dried cranberries for variation.
