Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.

3. Stir in melted butter and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
