Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
4 cups apple pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
Caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
2. Press cinnamon rolls flat for the base.
3. Spread apple pie filling and sprinkle spices.
4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; fold in whipped topping.
5. Layer cream, rolls, and apples.
6. Bake 35 minutes until golden.
7. Cool slightly and drizzle caramel.
Notes
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or chilled like cheesecake. Store in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
