Ingredients
4 slices of soft white bread (or brioche for richness)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jelly or jam
1 cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
2 tablespoons melted butter or cooking spray
Optional Add‑Ins:
Honey or maple syrup
Mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Cinnamon sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread slices. Trim crusts if needed.
2. Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp jelly on one slice. Top with another slice.
3. Cut into a circle using a cutter or glass. Seal edges with a fork or fingers.
