A simple coffee recipe blended with natural fat-burning ingredients for weight loss.
Ingredients
1 glass water
½ lemon (cut into round slices)
2 small cinnamon sticks or ½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp instant black coffee powder
¼ tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Take a saucepan and add water to the pan.
2. Add lemon slices and cinnamon sticks to the water.
3. Add grated ginger to the above ingredients.
4. Steep them well on simmer after one boil.
5. Strain the simmered lemon juice.
6. Pour the juice into the glass.
7. Add a teaspoon of instant black coffee powder to the juice.
8. Stir and serve.
9. Optional: Add ice or honey for flavor.
Notes
Use cold-brewed coffee instead for a refreshing summer version.
Avoid high-calorie sweeteners.
Limit intake to 1–2 cups daily to avoid excess caffeine.
