Description

These simple protein bites come together with only five ingredients and deliver the flavor of cookie dough. Ideal for a quick pre-workout boost or a grab-and-go snack.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups oat flour

⅓ cup protein powder

½ cup nut butter, melted and slightly cooled

4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ cup milk

Optional: ¼-1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

2. Whisk oat flour and protein powder in a large bowl.

3. Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.

4. Adjust milk if dough is too dry or sticky.

5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

6. Roll into balls using scoop or spoon.

7. Store in fridge 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

Use certified gluten-free oats for GF version.

Cashew butter gives a milder flavor than peanut butter.

Adjust milk based on protein powder type.

Chocolate chips are optional but recommended.

To freeze: portion into small bags, freeze up to 3 months.
