Ingredients
1 green tea bag
1 chamomile tea bag
1 tsp dried chamomile flowers (optional)

1 cup water

1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the water until hot.
2. Place both tea bags in a large mug or heat-safe bowl.
3. Add dried chamomile flowers if using.
4. Pour the hot water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes.
5. Remove tea bags and strain chamomile if needed.
6. Add lemon juice, grated ginger, and turmeric.
7. Stir in honey or stevia if desired.
