Description

Costa Rican tea recipe for weight loss – Burn belly fat naturally with this tropical herbal drink. Easy to make, low-calorie & super effective.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced

½ tablespoon fresh turmeric or ½ tsp ground

1 cinnamon stick

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

⅓ cup pineapple chunks

1 cup water

1 Lemon Verbena tea bag

1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)

1 lemon slice (optional)

Honey to taste (optional)


Instructions

1. To a medium pot, add ginger, turmeric, mint, pineapple, water, and tea bag.

2. Bring to a simmer on low heat, then remove from heat and cover.

3. Let steep for 10 minutes.

4. Strain into a mug, add optional ingredients.

5. Serve hot, or chill and pour over ice.

Notes

Drink 1–3 cups daily before meals for best results. For added benefits, include apple cider vinegar and lemon. Keeps 2 days in the fridge.
