  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Place the cut croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
