- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice the onion into small, even cubes and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until everything is well combined.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
