Ingredients
8–10 oz warm or room temperature filtered water
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, few slices fresh ginger, pinch of cinnamon or turmeric
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it’s comfortably warm (not hot).
2. Stir in the pink salt until it dissolves.
3. Add lemon juice and any optional ingredients like honey or ginger.
4. Stir again and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
5. Adjust salt or ingredients to taste as needed.
Notes
Avoid metal containers when preparing.
Not suitable for people on low-sodium diets.
