Description

This Easy Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie is a delightful appetizer that combines melty cheese with a crunchy topping, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, chopped pecans, brown sugar, orange juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until cranberries begin to burst and mixture thickens, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly score the top.
  4. Brush the top of the Brie with beaten egg.
  5. Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture on top of the Brie.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until gooey and slightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving for the best texture. Feel free to substitute fresh cranberries with dried or swap pecans with walnuts.
