Ingredients
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 container sour cream
1 cup chopped onion optional
1 cup milk
Seasoned salt to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup crushed cheese crackers divided
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients and thaw potatoes.
2. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 2 hours and top with crackers.
