These frosted Christmas brownies are rich, fudgy, and topped with festive frosting and sprinkles. A perfect no-fuss dessert for parties, gifting, or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups unsalted butter
2⅔ cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs (room temperature)
1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 cups white frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Red and green gel food coloring
Holiday sprinkles, edible stars, mini candies

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a large heatproof bowl. Let cool slightly.
3. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
4. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in flour until just combined.
5. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 25–30 minutes.
6. Cool completely in pan before removing and decorating.
7. Divide frosting into 3 bowls. Tint one red, one green, and leave one white.
8. Cut brownies into squares or shapes. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for vibrant hues.
Don’t overbake—look for moist crumbs on the toothpick.
Store frosted brownies in a single layer, airtight, for up to 3 days.
