Inspired by Fumang Propitious Mango Ice Cream, this creamy dessert blends fresh mango, cream, and milk into a rich frozen treat that’s perfect for summer.
Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Blend mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cream and milk.
3. Combine mango puree with dairy mix.
4. Pour into ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes.
5. Freeze in a container for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use Alphonso or Ataulfo mangoes for best flavor.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance sweetness.
