Description
Garlic buttered peas made easily from frozen using a fast stovetop method that keeps the peas bright and firm.
Ingredients
50 g unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
500 g frozen peas
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
1. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic until light golden.
2. Add the frozen peas, salt, pepper, and water.
3. Cook for 5 minutes until water evaporates and peas are coated.
4. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use baby peas for sweeter flavor.
Add mint, lemon, Parmesan, or spices for variations.
