Ingredients
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder (e.g. Knox)
½ cup hot water
½ cup cold water or herbal tea
1–2 tsp lemon juice, fruit extract, or sugar-free syrup (optional)
Optional: stevia or monk fruit drops (to taste)
Instructions
1. Add gelatin powder to hot water in a bowl.
2. Let bloom for 3–5 minutes without stirring.
3. Stir until gelatin fully dissolves.
4. Add cold water or tea and your flavoring of choice.
5. Pour mixture into a dish or silicone mold.
6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
7. Cut into cubes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Use herbal teas or fruit waters for natural flavor variations.
Not vegan — use agar-agar if you need a plant-based alternative.
