Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place the Red Velvet Oreos into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese, mixing well until thick and dough-like.
- Shape Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Coat the Balls: Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Remove excess with a fork and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Decorate: Add crushed peppermint or a drizzle of colored chocolate on top for a festive look before the chocolate hardens.
- Set: Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up the process. Enjoy once set!
