Description

Ingredients
1 tbsp roasted barley (mugicha) 1 tbsp dried mulberry leaf 1 tsp sweet amacha 3 cups filtered water
Instructions
1. Bring water to a gentle boil. 2. Add all herbs to the pot and lower to a simmer. 3. Let simmer for 7 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and steep for 5 more minutes. 5. Strain and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning. You may store it chilled and drink again in the afternoon. Pairs well with light, whole-food meals for weight support.
