Description

A playful, jiggly Halloween gelatin recipe that’s perfect for parties or mindful snacking. Dress it up with spooky molds and candy, or keep it light for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Scale

2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

1 cup hot water

1 cup cold water

Food coloring (orange, green, purple, or black)

Optional: candy eyes, gummy worms, lemon juice, or stevia

Instructions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.

2. Add hot water and stir until dissolved.

3. Add food coloring or juice.

4. Pour into molds and refrigerate 2–4 hours.

5. Pop from molds and serve cold.

Notes

Avoid pineapple or kiwi juice—they prevent gelatin from setting. Use tonic water to make glow-in-the-dark versions. Agar-agar can replace gelatin for a vegan version.
