1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (18 oz) bottle BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
Shape into small meatballs and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar over low heat.
Add baked meatballs to sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve warm with toothpicks or over mashed potatoes.
Notes
You can use turkey instead of beef.
For spicier glaze, add crushed red pepper or swap BBQ for chili sauce.
