Ingredients
2.5 cups strawberries (tops removed)
3 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup pure maple syrup (or honey or agave)
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions

2. Pour the strawberry juice into a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually sprinkle in gelatin while whisking continuously to prevent clumps.
3. Bring the mixture to a slow boil while whisking, then remove it from the heat once it starts bubbling.
4. Transfer the mixture to a glass measuring cup for easy pouring. Fill silicone molds carefully.
5. Place the filled molds in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm. Pop gummies out of molds and enjoy!
