Description
A calming, memory-boosting drink using raw honey, turmeric, ginger, and lemon — inspired by Moroccan and Mediterranean traditions.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw honey (preferably wildflower or manuka)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
A few thin slices of fresh ginger
1 cup warm (not boiling) water
Optional: pinch of black pepper
Optional: dash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Warm the water—avoid boiling to preserve nutrients.
2. Add ginger slices and steep for 3–5 minutes.
3. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
4. Add lemon juice and honey last. Stir until dissolved.
5. Taste and adjust spices. Enjoy warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed in the morning 3–5 times a week.
Use raw, unfiltered honey for best brain benefits.
