Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: ginger slices
Instructions
1. Heat water until steamy (not boiling)
2. Add honey and stir until dissolved
3. Mix in lemon juice and optional spices
4. Let steep for 3–5 minutes (if using ginger)
5. Strain if needed and serve warm
