Description
This easy 3-ingredient gelatin mix is a refreshing pre-meal snack that helps reduce appetite and support weight management.
Ingredients
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
½ cup hot water
½ cup cold water or ice
1–2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl or mug, stir gelatin into hot water until completely dissolved.
2. Add lemon juice or vinegar, if using.
3. Stir in cold water or drop in ice cubes.
4. Pour into small containers or jars.
5. Chill for 1–2 hours until set.
6. Enjoy cold 20–30 minutes before your meal.
Notes
Optional: Add mint, fruit extracts, or sugar-free flavor drops. Best served cold. Store in the fridge up to 5 days. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
