Description

A revitalizing ice water infusion with lemon, cucumber, and mint, crafted to boost hydration, reduce cravings, and keep you feeling refreshed all day.

Ingredients

Scale

8 cups cold water

1 lemon, thinly sliced (or 2 tbsp lemon juice)

½ cucumber, sliced

1012 fresh mint leaves

1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced (optional)

Ice cubes (as many as you’d like)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash and slice all produce; lightly crush mint leaves.

2. Add lemon, cucumber, ginger, and mint to a 2-quart pitcher.

3. Pour in cold water and add plenty of ice cubes.

4. Add apple cider vinegar and honey if using.

5. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight).

6. Stir before serving. Refill pitcher up to twice before replacing ingredients.

Notes

Use fresh, organic produce when possible for best flavor.

Avoid drinking right before bed if sensitive to acidity or caffeine.

This drink is a healthy support tool, not a weight loss solution.
