Description

A refreshing iced matcha latte recipe made with almond milk, perfect for warm afternoons or a healthy caffeine boost.

Ingredients

Scale

2 teaspoons matcha powder

12 tablespoons hot water

1 cup warm water

Ice

¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, or whole)

Optional: simple syrup or sweetener

Instructions

1. In a measuring cup or bowl, whisk matcha powder with 1–2 tbsp hot water until smooth.

2. Add 1 cup warm water and whisk again. Chill in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes.

3. Fill glasses with ice and pour in milk of choice, about ¾ of the way.

4. Add simple syrup if desired.

5. Top with chilled matcha. Stir and enjoy!

Notes

Use ceremonial grade matcha for the best flavor and color.

Sweeteners like maple syrup or vanilla extract work well too.

Try strawberry or lavender variations for fun flavor twists.
