Description

Rich, fudgy chocolate meets creamy cheesecake in these irresistible brownies that melt in your mouth with every bite.


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

3. Sift in cocoa powder and flour. Stir gently until just combined.

4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

5. Pour half the brownie batter into the pan. Add spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture on top and swirl with a knife.

6. Top with remaining brownie batter and additional cheesecake swirl.

7. Bake for 30–35 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.

8. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

To freeze, wrap slices tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheat in microwave for 10–15 seconds if desired.
