1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
2. Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until combined.
4. Stir in salt and flour until just combined.
5. Fold in shredded coconut gently.
6. Spread batter into the prepared pan evenly.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
8. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
