Description
A simple Japanese pink salt drink to support digestion, hydration, and natural weight loss.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp Japanese pink salt (unrefined)
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1/8 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm water to 105°F.
2. Stir in pink salt until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice or ginger if using.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
5. Follow with a glass of plain water after 30 minutes.
Notes
Use only sea-harvested pink salt.
Drink 3–5 times weekly.
Avoid if on sodium restriction.
Alternate with other detox drinks.
