Ingredients
1 package (3.9 oz) Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding
2 cups cold milk
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar
Optional: 1 cup Cool Whip or 1/2 cup condensed milk for variation
Instructions
1. Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thick.
2. Pour mixture into molds, leaving space at top.
3. Insert sticks and freeze for 5 hours or overnight.
4. To unmold, run warm water over mold and pull gently.
Notes
Use whole or 2% milk for creamier texture.
For sugar-free version, use almond milk and sugar-free pudding.
