Description
Inspired by Kelly Ripa’s alkaline morning routine, this green juice and chia bowl combo is a refreshing, energizing way to start your day.
Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
1 green apple
1 handful spinach or kale
½ lemon (peeled)
1-inch piece of ginger
1 cup coconut water
3 tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup
½ banana, sliced
1 tbsp almond butter
Fresh berries
Instructions
1. Add all juice ingredients to a blender or juicer.
2. Blend or juice until smooth.
3. Strain if desired.
4. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and syrup; chill overnight.
5. Top with banana, almond butter, and berries.
