Description

No-bake dome cake with chocolate, vanilla, and cotton candy ice cream. Decorated like Labubu with fondant and buttercream.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups chocolate ice cream (softened)

2 cups cotton candy ice cream (softened)

1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream (softened)

1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

2 cups buttercream frosting (pink colored)

1 sheet fondant (peach color for face and hands)

Black food-safe edible pen or icing

Silicone dome mold or round cake bowl

White chocolate for coating (optional)


Instructions

1. Line a round dome mold with plastic wrap for easy removal.

2. Mix crushed wafer cookies with melted butter, press into base of the mold, and freeze for 10 minutes.

3. Layer softened chocolate ice cream, freeze 15 minutes. Add vanilla layer, freeze again. Top with cotton candy ice cream and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

4. Remove from mold and place on cake board.

5. Pipe pink buttercream around the sides to mimic Labubu’s fluffy texture.

6. Cut out eyes, mouth, and hands from fondant. Draw details with edible pen.

7. Attach fondant decorations onto cake. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Add a white chocolate coating for a smooth finish before decorating.

Use gloves when handling fondant to prevent smudging.

Serve immediately or keep frozen in airtight container for up to 3 days.
