Description
A refreshing detox drink made with lemon and carrot to support digestion, glowing skin, and natural detox.
Ingredients
2 large carrots
1 large lemon
1½ cups filtered water
½ inch ginger (optional)
1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Wash and peel carrots.
2. Slice lemon and remove seeds.
3. Blend carrots, lemon, and water until smooth.
4. Strain if desired and add honey.
5. Serve over ice and enjoy fresh.
Notes
Best consumed fresh on an empty stomach.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Can be customized with apple, mint, or cucumber.
