Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes Truffles are no-bake, festive, and irresistibly fun. Perfect for holiday parties or edible gifts.
Ingredients
1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
8 oz white chocolate or candy melts
3 tbsp festive sprinkles
3 tbsp red candy melts
Green sanding sugar for decoration
Instructions
1. Unwrap the Little Debbie cakes and place in a large bowl.
2. Use a hand mixer to mash into a dough. Mix in the sprinkles.
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined sheet.
4. Chill truffles in fridge for 15 minutes.
5. Melt white chocolate in microwave until smooth.
6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and set on tray.
7. Melt red candy melts in piping bag and drizzle over truffles.
8. Sprinkle green sugar while chocolate is still wet.
9. Refrigerate until fully set.
Notes
Have all decorations ready before melting chocolate to prevent it from hardening too soon.
Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months.
