Description
A quick, no-bake dessert of chocolate, peanut butter, and Rice Krispies coated in powdered sugar for the perfect sweet crunch.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add butter and vanilla; stir until smooth.
3. Pour over Rice Krispies and fold gently.
4. Spread mixture to cool for 15–20 minutes.
5. Shake with powdered sugar until evenly coated.
6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Try variations with white or dark chocolate.
