Ingredients
72 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
32 oz Cool Whip
Neon green gel food coloring
½ teaspoon mint extract (optional)
Red heart sprinkles or candies
Instructions
1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into pan to form crust.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
4. Fold in Cool Whip, food coloring, and mint extract.
5. Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
6. Chill at least 4 hours.
7. Top with red heart sprinkles before serving.
Notes
For the smoothest texture, use room temperature cream cheese.
