Description
A refreshing and mineral-rich morning drink, often called the Oprah Pink Salt Recipe, made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and water to support hydration and digestion.
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine grain)
1 cup filtered water (warm or room temperature)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 slice fresh ginger or dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water until comfortably warm, not boiling.
2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or other optional ingredients.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking up.
5. Stay upright for 15–30 minutes after drinking to support digestion.
Notes
