2 (10 oz each) bags white chocolate melting wafers

1 (10 oz) bag chocolate melting wafers (semi-sweet or dark)

¼ cup peppermint bits (crushed candy canes or baking bits)

Pinch fine salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Line an 11×15 rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment; press flat into corners.

2. Melt 2½ cups white wafers at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds. Seed if warm.

3. Melt 1 cup chocolate wafers separately; stir until smooth.

4. Dip Oreo Thins in white chocolate and tile tightly on lined pan.

5. Pour remaining white chocolate over base; spread to 3–4 mm thick.

6. Spoon dark chocolate on top, swirl 2–3 slow passes with skewer.

7. Sprinkle peppermint bits, press gently. Let set at room temp or quick chill 5–8 minutes.

8. Cut sleek shards with warm knife or break by hand. Store airtight with parchment.
