Description

A simple wellness drink made with unflavored gelatin, warm water, and Himalayan pink salt. Supports appetite control, hydration, and gentle collagen intake. Perfect as a pre-meal drink or chilled gel snack.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tsp unflavored gelatin

8 oz warm filtered water

¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Optional: 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice or brewed herbal tea

Instructions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1–2 tbsp warm water and let bloom for 1–2 minutes.

2. Add bloomed gelatin to 8 oz warm water and stir until dissolved.

3. Add Himalayan pink salt and optional lemon juice or tea.

4. Sip warm 20–30 minutes before meals or chill 2–4 hours for a soft-set gel.

Notes

Do not use boiling water—it can damage the gelatin. Start with 1 tsp gelatin, adjust as desired. Chill for 2–4 hours for a snack version.
